Developing Better Vaccines andAntibody Therapies
Improving the process of identifying the targets of antibodies to develop better treatments.
About Us
What IsRed Peak Therapeutics?
Maxitope is a technology developed by our team of researchers at the University of Edinburgh.
The aim of our technology is to improve the success of therapeutic antibodies and vaccines to make better treatments available:
The Problem
Identifying the precise target for antibodies or the ideal vaccine is a challenging problem due to the ensemble of complex three-dimensional shapes that proteins adopt. Many potential therapeutic antibodies and vaccines fail because they do not bind their targets optimally.
Our Mission
By leveraging cutting edge protein thermodynamic modelling we improve the process of identifying the targets of antibodies and designing and developing better antibody treatments, reagents and vaccines.
Our Technology
Making BetterTreatments
Cost-Effective
Our technology reduces development costs.
Time-Efficient
Our technology speeds development and speeds the process of securing IP.
Better Quality
